When an employee checks in using the Commcorde Tracker desktop application, Tracker may record active, idle, locked, break, device, and work-session information for workplace administration.

During an active and unlocked checked-in session, Tracker may periodically capture the visible primary display at randomized intervals. Captures are skipped while the device is idle, locked, asleep, checked out, or while an employee has selected a break.

Activity screenshots are stored privately for up to 30 days. They are accessible only to authorized Admin and M1 leadership accounts for operational review. Employees do not receive access to captured screenshots. Screenshots are not treated as billable time by themselves.

Tracker does not record individual keystrokes, clipboard contents, microphone audio, camera video, or message contents through a separate data channel. However, anything visibly displayed on the primary screen at capture time may appear in a screenshot.

By signing in, accepting workplace access, and using Check in, the employee acknowledges this workplace activity policy and the applicable internal employment and information-security policies.
